Declaration of Consent under Data Protection Law

I agree that the University of Vienna is allowed to collect, store, and process the following personal data: name, institutional affiliation, and email address. I also agree that the University of Vienna collects, stores, and processes my workshop paper (if applicable). My paper and my email address may be shared with other workshop participants. A screenshot of the meeting may be published on the event website (ioscoldwar.univie.ac.at). I consent to the recording of the workshop (for documentation purposes).

The data processing relates to the organization of the online workshop “Divided Together: International Organizations and the Cold War”: ioscoldwar.univie.ac.at/about/

I hereby declare that I have been informed about the controller’s obligations to inform (right to information/adjustment/erasure etc.) in accordance with Art. 12–21 GDPR and that I have taken note of them.

I understand that my consent to the collection, processing and usage of my personal data is freely given. I can withdraw my consent to the future usage of my data informally at any time without any adverse effects.

I can address my notice of withdrawal to:
